Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Total Comfort Group is a premier nationwide provider of HVAC, Electrical, and Project Management solutions, specializing in multi-site retail and commercial properties across the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians who can travel to job sites throughout FL. What We Offer Competitive pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience & certifications Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage 401(k) with 3% company match 2 weeks PTO + paid holidays Company truck, phone, uniform allowance (including work boots) Tool loan program Responsibilities Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Travel as required throughout FL.
