We’re seeking experienced Self employed Commercial Improver for ongoing works around St Pancras/Camden (CAT A/B fit-outs, offices, retail, light industrial, EV/PV). You’ll deliver install, testing and handover to programme and standard, working to site RAMS and drawings.

Scope of work

• Containment (tray, basket, trunking), wiring, small power, lighting & emergency lighting
• DBs, sub-mains, isolators, control gear
• Fault-finding, remedials, minor works/testing as required
• Read drawings, update red-lines, coordinate with site supervision and other trades
• Keep records and sign off sections of work to QA checklists

What you’ll need (essential)

• ECS/JIB card
• 18th Edition (BS 7671)
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• UTR (for CIS payments)
• Public Liability Insurance [min £5m]
• Right to work in the UK and checkable references
