Gensco currently has a great opportunity available for a Commercial Inside Sales Logistics Specialist to join our Commercial Sales Team in Tacoma, Washington! * Support the Commercial Inside Sales Department, Customers, Branches and Outside Sales Team with product ordering, tracking, and product delivery * Work with Sales, Branches, TDC, Purchasing, and Columbia to create streamlined order fulfillment processes * Support TDC in coordinating customized logistics plans for large projects as needed * Assist with submittals and O&M documents when requested by Customers * Perform a broad range of administrative responsibilities * Participate with special projects as assigned by Quoters, Estimators, and TDC Education/Experience/Skills * 2-year associate degree required (or equivalent related work experience) * 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred * 2-5 years of experience managing warehouse or other logistics preferred * Project management experience preferred Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage details in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness * Exhibit a sense of urgency for deadlines * Able to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers * Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other PC applications * Strong attention to detail and math skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Highly credible, high degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity * Can work sitting or standing and move about the facility freely Qualifications Comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes: * Healthcare coverage of medical, dental and vision available first of the month following date of hire * Discretionary Profit Sharing * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Annual Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Floating Holidays * Paid Vacation (Full Time Team Member Accrual: First 12 Months - 40 hours, Year 1-5 - 80 hours) * Tuition reimbursement for 2-year and 4-year degree programs * Life Insurance, Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance * Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program
