Gensco currently has a great opportunity available for a Commercial Inside Sales Quoter-Estimator to join our Commercial Sales Team in Tacoma, Washington! * Responsible for providing job-specific pricing to Customers in an accurate and reliable manner so that the Customers can bid on Commercial and Multi-Family Projects * Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all assigned commercial products * Meet Gensco’s standard of “no late quotes” with 100% accuracy * Actively pursue closing sales and opportunities for additional sales by interacting directly with Customer or in support of Gensco’s Sales Teams * Achieve Quoted Sales and Gross Profit goals Education/Experience/Skills * 2-year degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred * Knowledge of HVAC products, specifically commercial applications * Able to read and understand basic plans to perform take-offs to identify products for Quotes * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage details in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness * Exhibit a sense of urgency for deadlines * Able to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers * Able to handle difficult and demanding Customers in a calm and professional manner * Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other PC applications * Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Highly credible, high degree of honesty, ethics, and integrity * Can work sitting or standing and move about the facility freely Qualifications Comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes: * Healthcare coverage of medical, dental and vision available first of the month following date of hire * Discretionary Profit Sharing * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Annual Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Floating Holidays * Paid Vacation (Full Time Team Member Accrual: First 12 Months - 40 hours, Year 1-5 - 80 hours) * Tuition reimbursement for 2-year and 4-year degree programs * Life Insurance, Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance * Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program
