Job Description As a Commercial Insights Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IQ-EQ’s commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will collaborate across multiple business sectors to identify opportunities, optimise sales performance, and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making. Your Purpose Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and to identify potential commercial opportunities. Identify new sales opportunities either from existing clients or prospects. Analyse client portfolios and transaction patterns to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential. Support the development of targeted campaigns based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Utilise CRM and BI tools to extract, analyse, and visualise data effectively. Create presentation material for internal trainings, client meetings and pitches. Qualifications Your Profile Proactive, with a passion for client service and strong commercial awareness. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI, plus experience with CRM applications. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial services industry trends. Well organised, able to prioritise effectively, and resilient under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
