Primary Objective: As an Insulation Estimator, you will play a critical role in the growth and profitability of our company. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects in various sectors. Your expertise in materials, and project management will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Duties/Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications to develop accurate estimates for Insulation work. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and create comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project requirements and expectations. Provide value engineering and alternative material recommendations to improve cost-effectiveness. Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports for project submission. Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and best practices. About You: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating. Strong understanding of insulation materials and installation techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift or similar tools). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality estimates on time.
