The Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, working closely with insurers and colleagues to provide a high standard of service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client enquiries, policy amendments and mid-term adjustments
• Preparing and negotiating renewals
• Obtaining and comparing insurer quotations
• Handling new business and ongoing account management
• Producing accurate policy documentation and maintaining records
• Supporting clients with claims enquiries
• Building strong client and insurer relationships
• Maintaining FCA and company compliance standards
