Responsibilities: Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts. Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks. Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives. Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention. Responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards. Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets. Marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience at a general agency in commercial insurance account management. Property & Casualty Insurance License Required. Experience with Commercial Lines coverages. Independent Agency experience preferred. Strong computer and technical skills, including agency management software experience. Applied/EPIC preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
