Description Seaglass Insurance Group is seeking a service-minded, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our commercial insurance book of business (AmTrust). This role will focus on receiving carrier documents and communications and delivering accurate, timely updates and paperwork to our retail agent partners. The role also supports policy servicing, billing/PAYO items, claims-related updates, renewals, and data entry. Key Responsibilities: Receive and distribute carrier documents and communications to retail agents accurately and on time Support policy servicing items (endorsements, loss runs, mod worksheets, renewals) Relay routine claims and account updates; escalate complex issues as directed Assist with billing, cancellations/reinstatements, and PAYO (payroll reporting) support Enter new business and renewal data in carrier portals (AmTrust) Maintain clean tracking and activity logs (Excel) and organized electronic files Requirements 1+ year experience in Commercial Insurance servicing or underwriting support is required Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in carrier portals, Excel, and PDF document handling Organized, reliable, service-focused with strong follow-through and a good sense of urgency Prior experience with Workers’ compensation, MGA, wholesaler or carrier is a Plus
