What Will You Do?

As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Provide professional insurance advice to commercial clients with clear and timely communication on insurance policies and coverages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
  • Maintain standards and internal protocols for client service, accounts receivable, file documentation, broker management system workflows, etc.
  • Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes

Core Requirements

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:

  • A level 2 Alberta Insurance Licence or above
  • 1 year of experience as a commercial insurance broker

  • Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience
  • Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
