Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Account Manager with dual licenses in Property & Casualty and Life/Health to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time role (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in managing both commercial insurance and employee benefits accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and service a designated book of commercial P&C and employee benefits clients.
· Handle renewals, policy changes, billing, certificates, and client inquiries promptly.
· Assist with quoting and marketing of new business and renewals.
· Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Identify opportunities for coverage improvements and cross-selling.
Qualifications:
· Active dual license (P&C + Life/Health) is required.
· 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and/or employee benefits account management preferred.
· Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, policy forms, and benefits administration.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with agency management systems (Ezlynx, Applied Epic, or similar).
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment with accountability.
