REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior sales or marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer and quality headset
  • Humble and coachable attitude
  • Intrinsic motivation and hunger to win at a high level
  • Emotional intelligence
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check
