This is a role with the flexibility to work virtual, hybrid and from wither our Halifax or St. John’s office.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

• Five + (5+) years of broking or related experience required;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written;
• Client focused and proven relationship building skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision;
• Attention to detail, refined interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task;
• Proven track record to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure;
• Post-Secondary degree or a combination of education and equivalent years of industry experience;
• Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB 3) preferred, or a willingness to obtain;
