We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Virtual Assistant (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling insurance certificates, Acord forms (25, 28), and working within Applied Epic. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong understanding of commercial insurance processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and manage insurance certificates accurately and efficiently. Complete and process Acord forms (25, 28) with attention to detail. Utilize Applied Epic to manage client accounts, documentation, and workflows. Provide responsive and professional customer service to clients and brokers. Maintain compliance with insurance industry standards and company policies. Support the team with administrative tasks related to commercial insurance operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance CSR or VA (minimum 3+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of insurance certificates and Acord forms (25, 28). Advanced proficiency in Applied Epic—must have hands-on experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with U.S. commercial insurance practices. Experience supporting brokers, agents, or agencies virtually. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries quickly.
