  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field;
  • Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
  • Analytical mindset;

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Achievement Orientation (motivated to support the team in reaching its goals);
  • Attention to detail is a must;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities
  • Support in order entry and processing management.
  • Support the commercial team with analysis and reporting activities to assist both daily operations and longer-term strategic planning;
  • Provide support in updating product codes and stock information in the commercial order file;
  • Follow up with Demand Planning and Marketing for information related to product codes and availability;
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze Retailers’ Sell Out Data within the National Chains channel, supporting the Sell Out team’s initiatives;
  • Support urgent order checks in SAP, reporting any issues related to references or order flows;
  • Support the Manager with people planning activities within the commercial team.
