Accountabilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Define the team’s scope, objectives, responsibilities, and key deliverables in alignment with overall programme goals.
• Translate programme milestones into clear team-level deadlines, delivery plans, and actionable priorities.
• Assign, coordinate, and track work across team members while managing capacity, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Monitor delivery progress and ensure outputs remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.
