Description Russell Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a crew providing high-quality maintenance services throughout the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong landscape knowledge and the ability to manage both people and equipment efficiently. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members Drive trucks and tow trailers to transport crew and equipment Ensure mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and other maintenance tasks meet company standards Train crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures Monitor daily job progress and ensure timely completion Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections Communicate with clients and management as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Experience driving trucks and towing trailers Strong knowledge of plant care, turf maintenance, and irrigation systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company-provided tools and vehicles Interested candidates can reach out directly: Brooke Tilley 770-490-3065 brooket@russelllandscape.com
