MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER 2025

Green Collar Landscaping is a well-established company located in Hamilton. Our team has been providing top quality services in maintenance and landscape construction for our residential and commercial clients since 2009.
We are eagerly searching for experienced, motivated, reliable, punctual, and courteous individuals to join our team. Applicants must be willing to work full-time 5–6 days a week.

Available position :

• Maintenance Crew leader

Duties include:

• Managing crews of up to 3-5 people
• spring and fall clean-up of commercial and housing properties
• mowing and caring for commercial and housing properties
• operating machinery such as, zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers & chain saws
• pruning shrubs & small trees, weeding of garden beds

Requirements:

• 2 – 5+ years experience working in the landscape industry
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• snow removal experience an asset
• diplomas/certification in the industry will be considered an asset
• must have own transportation to shop
