About the role As a ProActive Health Commercial lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Proactive Health business in ANZ. This will include working directly with leading Nutritional Supplements & IMF players and Business Partners as well as with the various support Kerry functions across BD, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Product Management and Supply Chain teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand our clinically backed Functional Ingredients Solutions into the Supplements market. The ideal candidate will have strong insights into the nutritional supplements category, with excellent industry and customers knowledge, and will bring a developed, strong network of contacts and a recognition with Industry players. Key responsibilities Be the first point of contact and Lead PAH sales for ANZ markets Develop a strategic Go-To-Market plan to approach relevant accounts/ brand owners Identify and prioritize target accounts, portfolio regulatory and marketing needs Understand targeted customers potential needs and define a plan to develop a strategic partnership Identify the relevant portfolio and potential innovation pipeline through market insights Activate and execute the customer GTM plan Accountability of performance of the ANZ PAH activity including direct responsibility for driving opportunities through the distributors, supporting direct accounts with allocated sales manager/s, and providing support to the ANZ Commercial Team across Food and Beverage Strategic Accounts upon request ANZ PAH Opportunity Management - driving pipeline growth and success rates for new business Budget ownership , tracking and reporting fpr ANZ PAH Develop strong customer scientific alliances and collaboration, designing and organising workshop and participation to relevant conferences/forums. In collaboration with the Product Management, Marketing, Scientific Affairs and Regulatory teams, Continuously understand the customer’s unmet needs and propose relevant solutions that can increase our contribution to their business Map out targeted customers Route-To-Market and manufacturing strategies (via OEM/ODM) to unlock new opportunities (i.e. concept development) Drive Kerry’s PAH Thought leadership to pull new potential customers/partners Support F&B sales activities from a technology perspective Qualifications and skills Background qualifications in Life Science / Business or other related disciplines is desired; Master’s degree will be an advantage Commercial experience with 10+ years of experience working directly with Key Accounts, MNCs, brand Owners preferably with in-depth knowledge of the Nutritional supplements technologies & regulations Experience navigating the complexities of different regional markets, especially Asia, with a focus on developing and executing market-entry strategies. Displays a passion for the Functional Ingredients & Nutritional supplements category and have a keen interest in the topics of nutrition and general wellness. Entrepreneurial, Results Driven and highly motivated individual willing to make a positive impact Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as R&D, Marketing, General Management leaders, both internally and externally Demonstrated track record in business development, specifically in launching new products and expanding market share. With strong execution skills, while displaying the potential/ability to adopt a strategic approach Competencies Required Strategic Leadership with strong focus on delivery and project management Good Technical & Functional Knowledge of Health ingredients High capacity to work in cross-functional teams across regions & globally, on project basis Ability to craft and execute 1-3 year Key Account Engagement sales plans that align with both market trends and company goals, including scaling new product innovations in the supplement and wellness space. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities, translating them into actionable business initiatives.
