Key Responsibilities: Lead brand strategy implementation by developing local action plans and territorial strategies aligned with regional objectives Present commercial results, manage sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring regional performance against established targets Drive digital transformation initiatives and innovation, facilitating change adoption across the team Foster access to Sanofi products by identifying and engaging key institutional leaders and regional KOLs Collaborate on pricing and contract negotiations with strategic clients, developing long-term value partnerships Execute customer engagement programs and coordinate implementation of internal strategic initiatives Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team, setting high expectations and providing tools for success Evaluate team performance fairly and honestly, delivering high-quality feedback and managing challenges effectively About you Experience: Proven experience leading commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry Track record in sales performance management, forecasting, and budget ownership Background in customer engagement, KOL management, and institutional negotiations Technical Skills: Sales forecasting and budget management tools CRM platforms and digital engagement tools Data analysis and KPI monitoring Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and pricing strategies Proficiency in sales reporting and executive presentations Soft Skills: Results Orientation: Continuously seeks performance quality improvement to create sustainable added value Cross-functional Cooperation: Collaborates effectively with peers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization to positively impact business results Customer Commitment: Understands, meets, and exceeds internal and external customer expectations to create positive impact Autonomy & Urgency: Ability to work independently with fluid communication and a strong sense of urgency Leadership & Motivation: Creates a positive team environment that fosters collaboration and high performance Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills across all levels Education: University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields) Languages: Spanish (native) and intermediate English #LI-LAT #LI-Hybrid Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
