MISSION & MAIN TASKS DESCRIPTION: The Commercial Lead: leads the Estonian Team, Sales and Marketing and Administration Tasks Manager of the country team, leading and coaching the employees Foster an efficient team and a healthy work environment according to Biocodex values Meet financial targets P&L for the country and to ensure company value growth Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities Develop annual business plans and monitor through quarterly reviews Develop and implement Marketing plans Develop market access and support launches of new products Responsible for budgeting, forecasting sales and purchases CRM Customer Relationship Management, analyses and development Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities and customer insights to identify business opportunities and risks Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical legislation and industry codes Co-operating with Biocodex Nordics medical, regulatory, sales and marketing, financial and HR colleagues Manage contacts towards authorities, banks, wholesalers and pharmacy chains, HCPs and HCP associations Contribute to the overall global success of Biocodex. Ensure that Biocodex image is maintained and improved in the country. This list is not exhaustive COMPETENCIES Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Medical Sciences. Fluent Estonian and English (written and spoken); additional Nordic language is an advantage. Experience 5-8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven leadership experience with responsibility for coaching and developing teams. Strong commercial background across Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Experience with P&L responsibility, budgeting and forecasting. Experience in launching products and driving market access initiatives. Experience working with Rx products; OTC and Food Supplements experience is an advantage. Experience in distributor and key account management is beneficial.
