Description

On behalf of The Home Office, we are looking for X2 Commercial Leads (Inside IR35) for a 12 month homebased contract with occasional travel required to London, Manchester or Liverpool, with travel expenses paid.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a complex procurement projects from end to end, including competitive dialouge, CPN, and non framework procurement
  • Report writing
  • Oversee contract drafting and negotiation for high-profile, business-critical systems
  • Lead the development of tender documentation in line with Public Contracts Regulations (PCR 2015), ensuring clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment with departmental objectives
  • Provide day to leadership for team members
