THE OPPORTUNITY:
automotiveMastermind is seeking a dynamic Commercial Enablement Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive sales and product training to our Commercial team members. This role involves assessing existing training materials, providing actionable recommendations, and developing innovative resources to equip our Commercial teams for effective customer interactions at all levels.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a clear understanding of B2B software sales and customer success dynamics in the automotive industry, coupled with hands-on experience in developing, facilitating and managing impactful training programs. Develop Training Plans and Lesson Content: Design, develop, and implement sales training programs that enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and sales process effectiveness. Utilize a mixture of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning methodologies to maximize impact.
