With more than 70 years of experience in real estate investment management, we’ve cultivated a reputation for delivering consistent results and creating enduring value for our investors.   About the Role The Commercial Lease Administrator is responsible for managing and administering the organization’s portfolio of commercial real estate leases. This role ensures lease compliance, accurate financial tracking, and effective coordination between landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in lease documentation, financial reconciliations, and contract management.   Essential Functions * Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation, including new leases, amendments, and renewals * Review for accuracy and process leasing related invoices (e.g. broker fees, legal fees, etc). * Enter approved tenant improvement jobs/scopes into Yardi * Manage tenant delinquency communications, default notices, legal notices. * Perform accurate lease administration within platforms such as Yardi, VTS, Sharepoint, etc. * Ensure all lease records are up-to-date, compliant, and properly archived * Track key lease dates, including expirations, rent escalations, and renewal options * Manage lease-related financial activities by tracking rent and expenses, reconciling invoices and billings, and coordinating payments * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities * Provide data and analysis to support asset management and accounting teams * Collaborate with legal, accounting, and asset management teams on lease negotiations and modifications * Maintain and optimize lease administration databases/systems (Yardi) * Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree preferred * 2–5+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or commercial real estate * Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and structures * Financial acumen, including experience with reconciliations and budgeting * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) * Experience with Yardi and VTS preferred What We Offer * Competitive salary and bonus potential * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid vacation, sick time and company holidays * Creative and collaborative culture
