We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Producing accurate correspondence, documentation and forms using audio dictation, word and excel.
  • Answering and making telephone calls promptly and professionally and passing on accurate messages.
  • Dealing confidently with client enquiries and assisting clients to complete forms and documentation as required.
  • Filing, updating client files and retrieving information for clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Planning and maintaining an effective diary, appointment and follow-up system.
  • Developing oneself within the role by making and taking opportunities for learning, education and training.
