Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lender to join the team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, including real estate, agriculture, and small business lending. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. • Creatively structure deals to meet borrower needs while effectively mitigating risk for the bank. • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess loan viability. • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and servicing. • Participate in community events and organizations to promote the bank’s presence and commitment to local development.
