Hiring for an in-person role in San Antonio, Texas only, with potential for hybrid schedule after 90 days. What you'll get to do: Supports commercial lenders and the closing team in servicing complex loan portfolios. Prepare, review, and finalize commercial loan documentation. Prepare and review documentation for a wide range of commercial loan products: term loans, lines of credit, CRE, construction, SBA, equipment financing, syndicated/participated loans, and letters of credit. Ensure documentation reflects approved terms, collateral, and entity structure. Collaborate with commercial lenders, credit officers, legal counsel, title companies, and third-party vendors to confirm documentation accuracy and completeness prior to closing. Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations, including due diligence, entity verification, lien perfection, and UCC filings. Review and interpret key loan documents, including Promissory Notes, Security Agreements, Deeds of Trust, Guaranties, UCC-1s, Assignments of Rents/Leases, Construction Loan Agreements, and Modifications. Review entity documents for signing authority. Validate title work and insurance coverage requirements. Coordinate loan file transition to booking and funding. Process servicing requests such as construction draws, line advances, renewals, and modifications. Assist with internal/external audits and examinations. Education and Experience: Business experience in commercial banking, loan servicing or loan administration, quality assurance or quality control, bachelor’s degree preferred. In-depth knowledge of commercial loan types and corresponding documentation requiremented. Paralegal experience preferred. Five (5) plus years’ commercial loan documentation experience to include experience in commercial loan documentation review, quality control, and/or audit review. Five (5) years’ experience in commercial loan processing including in closing C&I and CRE loans. Experience with nCino and TruStage documentation software or similar processing software.
