About the Role
Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a temporary Commercial Lending Support Coordinator Temp to join the team in our Commercial Lending Group. As a Commercial Lending Support Coordinator, you will deliver a World Class Experience by by providing excellent service to all internal and external customers. Under general supervision and guidance, you will assist with department tasks and projects. The temporary associate will work in a fast-paced environment and will collaborate with all members of the department, as well as other Bank departments, as needed. You will be located in Santa Barbara, CA with a fully on-site work schedule for a minimum of 12 weeks.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively either independently or as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with financial reporting outreach, collection, and filing.
• Process assigned tasks according to policy and procedure.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Provide support in achieving department goals.
• May perform summary analysis and learn to use the Bank’s Loan Origination Platform, as needed.
