This role focuses on managing a complex book of business, ensuring retention, and supporting production efforts in the construction sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience, with a strong background in construction risks.
• Active Property & Casualty license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction insurance coverages
• Skilled in carrier communications and working with complex accounts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

  Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

• Monitor activity to ensure timely task completion and service excellence.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
