DARLING’S INSURANCE AGENCY is growing, and we’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll service and sell commercial insurance policies while building strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners.

• Service and sell commercial insurance products to new and existing clients
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively retain accounts
• Maintain an active Property & Casualty license and complete all required continuing education
• Follow agency procedures and commercial lines workflows
• Review, analyze, and explain insurance coverage and policy forms
• Manage and complete daily suspense items with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop strong relationships with carrier underwriters, marketing reps, claims staff, and service centers
• Stay current on new insurance products, market updates, and industry trends
• Collect and process client payment information; record all activity in AMS360
• Meet annual sales goals and follow up on all Broker of Record (BOR) letters
• Perform additional duties as assigned
