Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Policy Review: Regularly review existing insurance portfolios with clients to ensure adequate coverage and propose necessary adjustments.
Quoting and Sales: Proactively quote new coverages for clients and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Renewals: Handle policy renewals efficiently, negotiating favorable terms for clients and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties including processing claims, updating records, and managing client inquiries.
Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products to provide informed advice to clients.
