Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Fargo, North Dakota Key Responsibilities: * Manages Commercial accounts and provide exceptional service with accuracy in processing renewals, endorsements, policies, and audits by agency timelines; ensure timely processing of invoices and client requests. * Manage client/carrier correspondence and maintain updated client information in the agency management system. * Obtain quotes from carriers for new and existing business; review carrier proposals for accuracy and prepare client documents. * Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues; follow Starion standards, policies, and procedures.
