This position has the option for Hybrid and on the in office days can be either in the Holbrook, Westhampton or the Hampton Bays location.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the US. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and contributing to the overall success of our agency. Your expertise will help us maintain strong relationships with our clients and enhance our service offerings.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with carriers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting commercial lines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new business opportunities.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience with account management in Retail Independent P&C Agency
• Strong negotiation skills to negotiate service and retain existing Insureds
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage.
• Holds a NYS P&C Brokers License
