The HIG Academy 2026 is a 6-week immersive development program designed to prepare you for a full-time role as a Commercial Lines Client Associate at Houchens Insurance Group beginning in January 2026. This program is your gateway to a dynamic career in client service with endless growth opportunities. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build lasting relationships, and receive mentorship from industry professionals. What You'll Experience: Structured Learning & Development: Gain foundational knowledge in commercial insurance, client servicing, and industry tools. Teamwork & Collaboration: Work alongside peers and professionals in team-based projects and real-world scenarios. Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors throughout the program. Who We're Looking for: December 2025 graduates or anyone with a passion for client service, business, or insurance.
