This is a phone-based role with no cold calling, no external prospecting, and no renewal ownership.    Your responsibilities include:  * Managing inbound and warm lead commercial opportunities frominitialcontact through bind * Evaluating client operations and exposures to determineappropriate coverageneeds * Marketing submissions to carriers based on risk profile and underwriting appetite * Securing competitive quotes and presenting coverage options clearly and confidently * Binding coverage and coordinating policy issuance * Educating clients on recommended coverages beyond General Liability * Identifyingopportunities to addadditionallines of coverage at the point of sale * Maintaining working knowledge of carrier appetites and placement strategies * Managing a high-volume pipeline of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including BOP business   This role does not include renewals, ongoing book management, or face-to-face sales.    Who You Are  * Commercial Insurance Sales Professional: You have experience selling or marketing commercial insurance and are comfortable owning the quote-to-bind process * New Business Focused: You enjoy closing new opportunities and moving quickly to the next * Detail-Oriented and Organized: You can manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment * Strong Communicator: You explain coverage clearly and confidently to businessowners * Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working across agency systems and tools   Minimum Qualifications  * Active Tennessee Property and Casualty insurance license * At least three years of experience in the insurance industry with direct involvement in sales, quoting, or placement of insurance products * Prior experience in commercial lines new business sales or carrier marketing, including quoting and binding coverage * Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and risk evaluation   Preferred Qualifications  * Experience working with small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including BOP business * Familiarity with carrier submission platforms and agency management systems * Ability to balance efficiency with thoughtful coverage consultation   Job Type: Full-time  Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)    Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year    Ready to build your commercial insurance career with a company that truly invests in its people?
