QUALIFICATIONS:

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
Strong interpersonal and client-relations abilities
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Experience in construction law preferred, but not required

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Handle discovery, including preparation and responses
Take and defend depositions
Communicate directly with clients
Attend court hearings and proceedings
