Description

We are seeking a commercial litigation lawyer with 2–5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency law.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes and a demonstrated ability to manage files independently and as part of a team.
If you enjoy complex disputes, excel in CCAA/BIA/receivership proceedings, and want to grow in a collaborative environment, we are your people.
We are busy litigation firm with no shortage of insolvency litigation and commercial disputes primarily acting on borrower/debtor side insolvency matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes and a demonstrated ability to manage files independently and as part of a team.
Litigators with experience, or a seriously keen interest, in bankruptcy and insolvency should apply.
Competitive benefits and compensation $120,000-$170,000 depending on experience. Applicants must be called to the British Columbia bar, or eligible to be called to the British Columbia bar. Further, applicants must be entitled to work in Canada.
