O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Commercial Loan Analyst to join our amazing team in our Commercial Lending Team. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our Members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture. What You’ll Do As an unapologetically unique credit union, we thrive on improving the lives of our Members through financial well-being. The Commercial Loan Analyst will be responsible for assisting the commercial loan team in a supportive role. The Commercial Loan Analyst is responsible for providing a wide variety of support to Loan Officers related to the underwriting and annual review of commercial loans to business members. The Commercial Loan Analyst will also participate in projects as required. Responsibilities · Provides document collection and review for new commercial lending requests as well as existing commercial members under annual review. · Provide an exceptional experience for our members and team members. · Review each loan application to ensure that all required information has been documented. · Contact members within established service level agreements to obtain needed documentation. · Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing system. · Communicates with commercial members and commercial loan department on status of financials collected. · Perform basic commercial file review to assure accuracy and requirement fulfillment for annual review and new requests. · Perform offsite collateral review. Performs other duties as assigned What Desired Qualifications You’ll Bring · Experience in the financial industry and/or related customer service or commercial banking, with basic knowledge of commercial loan products. (preferred) · Minimum of 2 years of experience in FI · High school education or GED (required) Skills That Shine · Must be dependable in completing tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Must possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing with employees, members, and vendors. · Passionate, self-starter, and independent thinker who has the desire to work in a fast-paced organization. · Strong ability, desire, and enjoyment in working with others as part of a diverse team as well as independently. · Desire to serve and act in the best interest of the client and effectively manage client relationships. · Ability to solve problems, make decisions, interpret data and information, read, write and organize information in an orderly manner. · Willing and able to travel occasionally as needed. · Strong member service skills. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer software skills. · High attention to detail to examine documentation, loan documents, memos, policies, procedures, and reports.
