What We're Looking For: Ability to understand the unique financial needs of farmers and agri-business clients Strong sales orientation and ability to build profitable customer relationships. Excellent analytical, underwriting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal. Superior time-management, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and basic web-based systems. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for business calls. NMLS license required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Availability: Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Flexibility to attend community events, chamber functions, civic activities, and business gatherings that may occur early mornings, evenings, or occasionally weekends Why Join Us?
