Description Examines, evaluates, authorizes or recommends approval of applications for Commercial Loans. Requirements Seek potential loan customers in the community of the bank Interview applicants and obtains required information for commercial loan applications Input loan requests into LoanVantage lending software Correspond with or interview applicant or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information Evaluates potential customer loan requests and/or make loan recommendations to loan committee for approval Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy Analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for loans Manages delinquent accounts to minimize loss exposure which could include repossessing collateral and assists branch with collection of overdrawn deposit accounts as needed Become an active member of civic organizations and/or clubs on behalf of the bank Updated 050523 EOE
