Description The Commercial Loan Processor: Prepares and reviews a variety of documentation related to the processing and closing of commercial loans. Reviewed, requested, and ordered documents include, but are not limited, to: Real Property Reports, Certificates of Title, Title insurance, Flood Certificate Report, and Certificate of Existence/Compliance and a HUD. The Processor will also coordinate closing processes for commercial loans, prepares pre-closing checklists, and informs parties of assigned responsibilities. He/she will manage a calendar of critical dates and contingencies, open Member accounts as needed, print checks/wire funds for closing, process internal Loan Documents, and complete other duties as assigned. The processor will also be responsible for reviewing all relevant documentation related to processing and closing of commercial loans for accuracy and ensure all documentation is properly signed, dated, and returned by Member and Loan Officer. The Processor is responsible for making sure all related documents are recorded and properly filed for the Member in a filing system he/she will implement and maintain (both paper and electronic). Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and review a variety of documentation related to the processing and closing of commercial loans - Review, request, and order documents, including, but not limited, to: Real Property Reports, Certificates of Title, Title insurance, Flood Certificate Report, Certificate of Existence/Compliance and HUD statements. - Process internal loan documents - Print checks and wire funds for Closings - Manage calendar with critical dates and contingencies - Open Member accounts as needed - Coordinate the Closing process for commercial loans - Prepare Pre-closing checklists and inform parties of assigned responsibilities - Implement and maintain filing system, both paper and electronic - Ensure all documents are returned from closing and are all correctly signed and dated by the Member and Loan Officer - Ensure all documents are recorded and placed in Member's file once received - Keep a pending list of documents received and update as documents are returned - Load and fund loans in Keystone - Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Requirements: - Associates Degree or equivalent education - Minimum of two years experience in a real estate or commercial lending field - Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, contracts, and financial statements - Working knowledge of standard computer operating programs, including Microsoft Excel
