As a Commercial Loan Processor at Corda Credit Union, you will be instrumental in coordinating loan transactions by collaborating with borrowers, the Commercial Team, and our vendor partners. You will work with current and prospective borrowers to assemble the needed information for loan analysis. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with appraisers, title companies, and settlement agencies to help facilitate loan closings. You will conduct essential research related to items such as taxes and insurance. Additionally, you will prepare closing loan documents and ensure accurate data transfer into key systems You will maintain organized loan files through scanning and indexing into our documentation management software. You will also research and identify solutions to aid the Credit Union in risk management. Finally, you will verify that all post-closing functions are executed accurately and in a timely manner, enhancing the efficiency of our loan processing operations. What we are looking for in a Commercial Loan Processor To excel as a Commercial Loan Processor at Corda Credit Union, you must possess a solid understanding of basic financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and personal and business tax returns.
