This position is an entry level commercial and consumer loan servicing role responsible for supporting our Commercial Bankers and Consumer Bankers and their customers. We are looking for an outgoing individual to join our Loan Servicing team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our customers reach and manage their financial goals. Loan Servicing is responsible for all post-closing services for Commercial and Consumer loans. Responsibilities: Process requests for payment and advances Process wire requests both incoming and outgoing Book all new loans through Core Boarding Book all loan modifications Review of all loans booked in a timely manner Manage and monitor monthly insurance list Process miscellaneous tasks on loans Keep accurate and detailed records of activities performed on a loan. Qualifications: Demonstrated proficient oral and written communication skills High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a working knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to loan Operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while delivering quality results Ability to work effectively with limited supervision under tight deadlines, ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change. Jack Henry and Xperience software experience preferred. Knowledge of SBA - 7(a) and 504 administration experience preferred. Demonstrated proficient oral and written communication skills. High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a working knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies relating to loan operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while delivering quality results. College degree preferred

Responsibilities
