Starting Pay: $18.50+ (pay is reviewed after 90 days) Are you a detail-oriented individual that enjoys defining problems, collecting data, and resolving issues? As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Warsaw, IN, you will: * Process and service commercial loan transactions, including payments, advances, renewals, modifications, and payoffs. * Prepare new and renewed commercial loans for booking, including system setup of loan terms, guarantors, collateral, fees, billing, schedules, and rate structures. * Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy and assist in identifying and resolving documentation or technical exceptions. Basic Qualifications Include: * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Basic understanding of account principles and bank accounting transactions. * Understanding of bank procedures and policies. * Personal computer competency with emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
