Using your expertise, you’ll assess and resolve insurance claims by determining the cause, liability, and quantum of reported losses. What are my accountabilities? Assess claims through on-site visits using our commercial process, systems and technologies Manage a portfolio of claims from initial advice to settlement, following Sedgwick’s policies and procedures. Investigate the cause and extent of loss, ensuring efficiency and a customer-focused approach. Determine if the loss falls within the insurance policy's terms and conditions. Deliver loss-adjusting services that meet or exceed client service standards. Provide proactive communication with clients and customers on initial findings and potential solutions. Calculate repair and/or replacement costs (reserve). About you: Proven experience in a similar role. Will to study or hold a professional qualification recognized by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Passionate about customer service, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills. Current driver’s licence, as fieldwork is required.
