We are growing and seeking an on-site Commercial Lumber Estimator to support our expanding commercial portfolio. This role is ideal for an estimator with proven experience in lumber takeoffs who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Commercial Lumber Estimator Responsibilities: Complete accurate lumber and EWP takeoffs for commercial projects Review architectural and structural plans to develop detailed material lists Partner with sales, purchasing, and operations to support profitable bids Identify value-engineering opportunities and material efficiencies Manage multiple estimates with strong accuracy and attention to detail Commercial Lumber Estimator Qualifications: Experience in lumber estimating, commercial construction, or framing/material takeoffs Strong ability to read architectural and structural drawings Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, MiTek, or similar) Above-entry-level experience preferred; all levels considered #INDGA
