In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of assigned commercial buildings, ensuring properties are safe, clean, and functioning at the highest standard.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is an asset
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, contractors, and property owners
• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance work indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Clean and presentable appearance appropriate for client-facing environments
