KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (finalist level may also be considered)
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the impact of accounting processes on the wider business
• Knowledge and experience in IFRS is preferable.
• Experience in IT/ Technology / Telecoms industry is beneficial, but not required.

SKILLS AND BEHAVIOUR

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and being able to respond to evolving priorities.
• Self driven, can pick up assigned projects, own them and be accountable to deliver results
• Organised and ability to work under pressure
• Confident in summarising findings, and communicating and presenting to both finance and non-finance professionals
• Advanced Excel skills
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As a Commercial Management Accountant you will play a pivotal role within our team supporting our financial compliance whilst helping drive commercial growth with insightful reporting and analysis.
