ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to work across our Pet, Life and Health Protection Insurance channels, during a 12-month parental cover. This is a high-impact partnerships’ role at the heart of our Insurance Partnerships team; one of the most strategic and externally facing functions within the Group.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead Strategic Partnerships: Own relationships with our key insurance partners, driving commercial growth and strategic alignment.
  • Support Channel Strategy: Support and implement the long-term vision for Protection Insurance, balancing innovation with day-to-day performance.
  • Drive Commercial Negotiations: Secure better rates and outcomes through high-value negotiations and contract management.
  • Optimise Performance: Analyse trading performance, competitor positioning, and customer journey conversions to improve results.
  • Deliver Growth Campaigns: Identify and lead initiatives that fuel channel and category growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Use data and market analysis to anticipate trends and uncover new opportunities.
