EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Expert level understanding of credit card pricing, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in data analysis and financial modelling, with the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic pricing decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign management in the credit card sector.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to credit card products and pricing.
  • Understanding of corporate governance frameworks and the requirements of an FCA/PRA regulated business.
  • Significant, demonstrable experience in pricing, financial analysis, or product management within credit cards.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies and acquisition campaigns, with measurable business impact.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance profitability goals with customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience of driving stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker and thought leader with ability to forecast challenges and course correct to ensure consistent performance
  • Sound judgement and ability to operate independently and objectively.
